Land Concession (the

“Concession”)

measuring approx.

20,000 hectares (equivalent to approximately 200 million sq.m.) in Kratie Province, Kingdom of Cambodia. The Concession period is for a period of 70 years commencing in 2007.

The Concession in Kratie Province is located about 370 km away from the capital city of Cambodia, Phnom Penh, and is linked by National Highway No.6 and Nation Highway No.7. The Concession is also about 25 km from Cambodia’s major river, Mekong River.
